In this article I discuss a structured approach to alternatives that understand you and your customers, the opportunities, advantages and disadvantages of exploring individual and help lead to a quick consensus.
Acquire skills in this exercise means that you will never again utter the words “no” or “no” to your customers. Instead, you can when considering a large number of different options and make informed decisions together that works for everyone.
Before drawing the sword, let us review the SWOT analysis.
SWOT analysis is a standard tool in the industry uses to describe a number of options and detail the strengths (S) (W) Weaknesses (W) and OSSIBLE (T) Threats associated with each option. SWOT analysis is the basis of my analysis sword.
Why not simply SWOT? It limits the decision-making at a single option. Too often I’m stuck with this analysis, because people do not agree on a single option. The beauty of my analysis SWORD is bringing people out of the box, and allows for some flexibility and creativity in particular.
