After more than 15 years of success in delivering transformation of large enterprises and IT projects, I found that to ensure the effective management of stakeholders is the most important factor for a successful delivery.

When it comes to your own project, ask yourself the following questions. As my project performs a variety of actors and stakeholders? Who are my biggest supporters and supporters and are actively working to undermine my delivery? My parties understand the benefits of the project and their role in the support for these services?

I often hear people on their work tasks on small talk, and I’m always surprised when people do not talk about working as a project. Often the work is simplified, and such a simple task as unworthy means of project management. It is not that people are stupid, or forget the people, why project management is important. Long before I started Teambox if I work in my department metro was trying to wean myself from Excel and Outlook tasks for job management. When it comes to using new tools, including new software that I consider myself as one of the first, if not is an innovator.

So here I am happy to jump into a new task management software online, and isolated away from a system of time and effort. Can I in the software. Base Camp now has its uses, and if I am a software engineer, a project plan complex with 50-60 people, and enormous task of creating dependencies, I fell in love at first sight. This was not the case, I was a sales manager and it was just too much to do to manage the product itself. I was not looking for more work, but something to make me more efficient.
