When it comes to your own project, ask yourself the following questions. As my project performs a variety of actors and stakeholders? Who are my biggest supporters and supporters and are actively working to undermine my delivery? My parties understand the benefits of the project and their role in the support for these services?
1. Do you know your actors – a complete inventory of the actors:
Often can not influencers be obvious and it is important to take advantage of the advice to help you all stakeholders within and outside the organization.
Team members of project documentation and review interview and other key stakeholders to provide an exhaustive list of all persons and groups, are affected and may affect your project.
Although each project and the organization is different, in some of the following players as possible for your project;
* The management of the businesses and employees affected by your performance
* Other departments that can provide or receive services affected by the project
* Assisting in areas such as personnel, finance and information technology
* Sellers – products, services, software and hardware and electronics
* The company’s customers!
